Chapter I - General

Article 1 - The Military Institution Revolution Against Crime Police has as main objective educating citizens and young people of good character. Along with the objective of determining whether the members of Habbo Hotel follow the rules of Habbo Way.

Article 2 - All police officers of the Revolution Against Crime Police must obey all Chapters and Articles of this Code of Conduct. Independent if he is a member of the Higher Rank's or Lower Rank's Body.

Article 3 - All officers of the Revolution Against Crime Police must obey all the paragraphs and articles of Habbo Way.

Article 4 - Regardless of creed, race or color, all police officers and civilians of Habbo Hotel should be respected in accordance with the Habbo Way.

Article 5 - Based on the rules of Habbo Way and norms of the country where the players live is prohibited allusion or apology for sex and crimes contained in the Penal Code of most countries.

Article 6 - All articles and paragraphs of this document need to be obeyed outside and inside of all Official RAC Police rooms.

Chapter II - Occupation

Article 7 – It is prohibited to do any flood or spam in the Habbo Hotel, except with the permission of the Base Commander or the Supreme Commanders.

Article 8 - To take on the job of being a police officer there must be total commitment to the Revolution Against Crime Police and therefore is strictly prohibited that being part of any other type of employment, whether police/agency or not.

Article 9 - Within any dependence of the Revolution Against Crime Police is mandatory to use the favorited badge, motto and uniform in accordance with your current rank. Entering any room without the three requirements is prohibited.

Article 10 - All the police officers of the Revolution Against Crime Police that obtain rights in any bases, either Low Rank or High Rank must always remain in online mode. If this article does not come to be obeyed the subject will be punished.

Chapter III - Perimeter

Article 11 - The Bases are the main rooms of the Revolution Against Crime Police. The access to any base is granted since the police officer is properly uniformed, with group and proper motto. Considering that should also obey Articles 3 and 4, Chapter I.

Article 12 - In all remaining official rooms of Revolution Against Crime Police, the police officer, should also be uniformed and with other procedures.

Article 13 – The Revolution Against Crime Police is not allied to any other organization, therefore the access to any base or official room of Revolution Against Crime Police for who is not associated to RAC Police is restricted.

Article 14 - Members of Police or Newspapers, may enter as a guest with permission of a Supreme Commander only.

Article 15 – There is no such things as Reformed Police Officers, any police officer that decides to quit Revolution Against Crime Police will not be able to enter any base or official room of the police.

Chapter IV - Website

Article 16 - The Forum (www.racpolice.com) is owned by the Revolution Against Crime Police and should be used exclusively to the RAC Police. All norms contained in this Code of Conduct also included to the forum.

Article 17 - The TAG's found in the mission of every police officer from Revolution Against Crime Police refers to identification of the police nick which promoted him, thereby facilitating the tracking of the Center of Human Resources.

Article 18 - Set of topics containing the confirmation of all the promotions made in police dependencies, can only enter a message in these topics, in order to promote, demote or dismiss any officer who is able to. Members of the Executive Body, dismissed or banned police officers will also appear on these topics.

Chapter V - Battalion

Article 19 - The Base Commander will be responsible for any event within the Revolution Against Crime Police base, his post is located on the room with a Permission Gate of the group “Base Commander” with a yellow carpet on the ground, your speech bubble should be of yellow color. Your function is to determine functions to police officers who are present and active keeping the base in order and in perfect working order, and will be the author of the Attention (ATT) command, to be performed by every active police officer that is located inside the base.

Note: Any police officer who has rights in the base room could take this function without other restrictions.

Article 20 – The Reception Commander will be responsible for the Reception and the police officers who are performing this function, your station is located on the room with a Permission Gate of the group “Reception Commander” with a platform that is the front of a red carpet, your speech bubble should be the color red, he will also be the second author of the Attention (ATT) command, giving it after the Base Commander, the reception will therefore in their care.

Note: To occupy this position is necessary that the police officer have at least a seargent rank and have the Sergeant Formation Couse completed.

Article 21 - In the Waiting Room any police officer present and active in any base of the Revolution Against Crime Police that is not performing any function should be in it, being therefore able to assume any function. The police officer who is present in the Waiting Room can not be absent or inactive.

Article 22 - The Security room is the area responsible for the entry of Lower Rank police officers, allies, and guests on the base of the Revolution Against Crime Police.

Article 23 – The Operators must act in the Security Room, they are responsible for the entry of recruits, Lower Rank police officers, allies and guests.

Operator 1 – The Operator 1 is responsible for verifying the uniform, motto and favorited badge of the police officer that is entering the base.

Operator 2 - The Operator 2 is responsible for checking the profile for prohibited groups and check the back of the police officer for numbers.

Operator 3 - The Operator 3 is responsible for checking the police officer in the Center of Human Resources.

Operator 4 - The Operator 4 is responsible for the recruits entry that will be automatically sent to the area of recruits, he must check motto, profile, uniform, favorited badge, speech bubble color and if the individual's name appears or not in the Center for Human Resources in the topics of banned or fired.

Note: To take the Security Operator function the police officer must have the rank of  Sergeant

Article 24 - The Absence Room should be used only in cases where the police officer has to be inactive. If the police officer is assuming a function of the base he should ask the Base Commander for permission to be absent.

Article 25 – The Instruction Center will be used only and exclusively to grant promotions, demotions or punishments.

Article 26 - The Imperial Hall is exclusively for the Higher Rank police officers of Revolution Against Crime Police, with exceptions for guests and allies. It also can be a room to be absent.

Article 27 - The Instruction Room will be where the recruits are teleported after passing the Operator 4 and where they will have their instruction.

Chapter VI - Hierarchy

Article 28 - The Revolution Against Crime Police has in its constitution two divisions, the Military Body and the Executive Body. Consisting of 13 patents and 28 posts, respectively.

Article 29 - Independent of Body, all police officers must respect each other in accordance with the existing rules in this Code of Conduct and Habbo Way.

Article 33 - The Supreme Commander is the highest authority of the Revolution Against Crime Police.

Article 34 - All demotions or promotions should be made legal and legitimate way. So that there is not any kind of privileges to the promoter and promoted police officer.

Article 35 - All demissions should be made legal and legitimate way. So the police officer that is responsible for the dismissal need sufficient evidence and reasons for this act of severe punishment. The dismissed police officer have his right to come to a superior of the dismissal responsible, or in extreme cases come to the Revolution Against Crime Police Magistrate.

Article 36 - Members of the Military Body are able to promote, demote and dismiss police officers since they are superior to the police officer that suffer the actions. Emphasizing that they were to be in accordance with the regulations of the Military Code of Conduct.

Marshal promotes/demotes/dismisses to General.
General promotes/demotes/dismisses to Colonel.

Aspirant promotes/demotes/dismisses to Warrant Officer. * With permission of a Higher Rank police officer.
Warrant Officer promotes/demotes /dismisses to Sergeant * With permission of a Higher Rank police officer.

* Members of the Executive Body may promote/demote/dismiss a lower rank police officer of its equivalence in Military Body with authorization of 2 Magistrate members and 1 Supreme Commander in case of a Higher Rank police officer and with authorization of 2 Magistrate members in case of a Lower Rank police officer. Except in cases of insubordination or any crime pursuant to this Code of Conduct.

Article 37 - Are able to promote, demote and dismiss members of the Executive Body any police officer that have a higher rank than the police officer that is going to suffer the actions. Emphasizing that they have to be in accordance with the norms of this Code of Conduct.

The Executive Board may enjoy the same rights promotion/demotion/ dismissal of the Revolution Against Crime Police Military Body. Therefore, a post equivalent to General Commander can demote any rank below it, so on.

Ex .: Counselor promotes/demotes/dismisses to General Vice President.

Article 38 - For the police officer to perform a promotion/demotion/dismissal, it must have good reasons, based on the moral and ethics of a good police officer.

Article 39 - The following ranks must have completed courses so that they can be promoted to another rank.

Promotion to Recruits: Should be made only and exclusively by trained and qualified instructors in classes.

Promotion for Corporals: In order to be promoted to the rank of Sergeant, the Corporal needs to complete the Corporal Formation Course (CFC), made available by the Revolution Against Crime Police Instructors.

Promotion for Sergeants: In order to be promoted to the rank of Warrant Officer, the Sergeant needs to complete the Sergeant Formation Course (SFC), made available by the Revolution Against Crime Police Trainers.

Promotion for Warrant Officer: In order to be promoted to the rank of Aspirant, the Warrant Officer needs to integrate a company and complete the Lower Rank Improvement Couse (LRIC), made available by the Revolution Against Crime Police Trainers.

Promotion for Aspirant: In order to be promoted to the rank of Lieutenenet, the aspirant needs to complete with grades higher than 7.0 all subjects of the Higher Rank Formation Course (HRFC) in the Revolutionary Police Academy.

Article 40 - Minimum of days for Military Body promotions:

Recruit - Soldier: Class Instruction.
Soldier - Cable: 24 hours of service.
Corporal - Sergeant: 5 (120 hours) days of service.
Sergeant - Warrant Officer: 5 (120 hours) days of service.
Warrant Officer - Aspirant: 5 (120 hours) days of service.
Aspirant - Lieutenant: 10 days (240 hours) days of service.
Lieutenant - Captain: 15 days (360 hours) days of service.
Captain - Colonel: 15 days (360 hours) days of service.
Colonel - General: 20 days (480 hours) days of service.
General - Marshal: 20 days (480 hours) days of service.
Marshal - Commander: 25 days (600 hours) days of service.
Commander - General Commander: 25 days (600 hours) days of service.

Article 41 – Maximum vacant jobs for each rank in the Higher Rank Body. The purpose of limiting the number of vacant jobs, is to promote the organization and increase the level of quality and training of the Higher Ranks police officers:

Article 42 - Officers can enjoy the service of license policy. With it, the Higher Rank Body police officer can absent himself for a pre-determined period. Respecting the allowed quantity of days below:

Duration - Note:

7 days license - It can be extended up to 14 days.
15 days license - It can be extended up to 30 days.
30 days license - It can't be extended.
Reserve - Given only for Commanders / General Commanders

Article 43 - [Exclusive to the Higher Rank Body - Military Body] It is prohibited being absent for more than 10 days without previous warning to a Magistrate member or a Higher Rank superior than the one warning. If the absence passes 10 days the absent will be demoted to Aspirant.

Ask license: C.H.R. / Service License.

Article 44 - The change of Body of the Military to Executive and vice versa is prohibited.

Article 45 – The ranks of General Commander and Commander of the Military Body along with the posts VIP, Executive, President, Majority Shareholder and Chancellor of the Executive Body, have the option of not wearing uniform, respectively, but should maintain a standard executive clothes.

Article 46 - Any and all accessories that are beyond the pattern of Revolution Against Crime Police are extremely prohibited.

Chapter VII - Companies

Article 47 - Instruction Company: Instructors are the most responsible for the formation of officers of the Revolution Against Crime Police, its main function is to apply classes to enable the police officers to occupy the ranks of Recruit, Corporal, Warrant Officer and Executive Body. The following is the hierarchical order of the Instructor Company:

- Apprentice of Instructor
- Instructor
- Trainer
- Appraiser
- Minister
- Vice-Leader
- Leader

Instructors use a dark blue brevet in their beret, they also have a sub-forum where they will found more information about the company, will belong to thatsub-forum only police officers who are members of the group.

Note: May do tests to become a member of the company police officers who have the rank of Sergeant or higher.

Article 49 - Companies - General Rules

Awards: Medals are delivered according to the police officer fulfillment of his duty to the group. Each company has a standard for giving medals to officers who meet in an exemplary way their function within the company.

Commitment and Responsibility: Every police officer who joins a company automatically assumes the responsibility of performing the duties , should know that if you don't have the commitment needed to stay in the group will be subject to expulsion and loss of medals.

Early Exit: If a member exit of a company without having completed 15 days (360 hours) the same will be subject to penalties such as loss of medals andmay have your return to the group vetoed. It is a decision of the Leader.

Note: Each police officer can only belong to one company.

Chapter VIII - General Companies

Article 50 – The Higher Rank Formation Course (HRFC) main objective is to improve the police officer capacity for occupying the rank of Aspirant, to improve general aspects such as conduct, respect, commitment, among other things. The Aspirant can only be promoted to Lieutenant after completing all classes of the Higher Rank Formation Course (HRFC).

Article 51 - The Center of Human Resources is responsible for presenting the ranks of the police officers and keep it organized and always updated. If the police officer cannot be found in the Center of Human Resources (CHR) neither on the promotions report, he should provide explanations. The police officers of the Executive Body should find their promotions CHR.
Note: The Center for Human Resources has full autonomy to cancel demotions and promotions that are carried out by futile or inconsistent reasons.

Article 52 - All the officers who comply with the necessary requirements and belong to some company may also join the auxiliary companies.

Chapter IX - Gratuities and History

Article 53 - Medal is the gratification given to the police attending classes, drills and doing a nice service. Every 20 medals the police officer wins the addition of 1 credit to their salary.

Article 54 - Temporary medals are those that after 30 days they are taken out from your salary history.
They are: Medals from extra events (except from the tasks of Companies), RAC Awards and rewards for good service.

Article 55 - The distribution of medals is indicated in sub-forum "Awards System".

Article 56 - The Medal of Honor is the main award given to a police officer. Bravery symbol and length of duty in the Revolution Against Crime Police.
Weekly and monthly better police officers can receive a Medal of Honor for a short period of time.

Chapter X - Groups

Article 57 - The primary groups are those that can be used within the bases and official rooms of Revolution Against Crime Police. It's very important for the identification of the police officer and authorization of his entry into official rooms.

Article 58 - The complementary groups are used to identify other activities of the police officers. It is forbidden to use the Secondary Groups to enter within the bases and official rooms of RAC Police.

Chapter XI - Magistrate

Article 59 - Essential Body of every democratic regime, the police magistrate main objective is to correct the bad actions related to the police. It is through itthat makes justice within the corporation and reaches the judiciary in the crimes committed by its members. In charge of the magistrate we have the police magistrate member, a police officer of the organization and chosen by a Supreme Commander of the Revolution Against Crime Police. He is responsible for implementing the legal police judgment, that is, be the police of the police, fighting the excesses, and also valuing maintaining law by the corporation and above all, keeping the police image as a serious institution.

Article 60 – The Revolution Against Crime Police Magistrate has 6 members.

Article 61 - It is essential to be a good magistrate:

Commitment with the truth;
Be active;
Be participatory;
Be hard and serious;
Be impartial;
Comply with its obligations as excellence Higher Rank / Lower Rank.

Chapter XII - Rights System

Article 62 - Asking for rights is prohibited under demotion/fire punishment.

Article 63 - The misuse of rights in any rooms of Revolution Against Crime Police could lead to a sentence of permanent demission.

Chapter XIII - Wage

Article 64 - Each rank / post / office have a salary:
If any COP is eligible for wage, will receive according to this table:

Article 65 - Every policeman may receive if you are until 18h50 on the second Saturday of every month.

Article 66 - To receive the monthly salary the Lower Rank police officer must have a good performance and good presence in the base.

Article 67 - To receive the monthly salary the Higher Rank police officer must have a good performance, presence of 80% on the month minimum in the base and fulfill
